By joining this program, you confirm that you are legally permitted to participate under the laws of your country. In all circumstances, users must be at least 18 years old.

Forth Capital Assets is not open to the general public. Access is restricted to qualified members and individuals who have been personally invited by existing members. Every deposit made through the platform is considered a private transaction between Forth Capital Assets and the respective member.

As a private transaction arrangement, this program is not subject to the U.S. Securities Act of 1933, the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the U.S. Investment Company Act of 1940, or any related amendments and regulations. Forth Capital Assets is neither FDIC-insured nor licensed as a bank or securities firm.

You acknowledge and agree that all information, communications, and materials provided by Forth Capital Assets are private, confidential, and unsolicited. Such information must not be disclosed to third parties. Furthermore, nothing contained on this platform shall be interpreted as an offer or solicitation for investment in jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited by law.

Data Protection

All personal information submitted to Forth Capital Assets will be used solely for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties. However, Forth Capital Assets shall not be held liable for any loss of data.

Investment Risk Notice

You agree to hold all company representatives and members harmless from any liability. Participation in this program is entirely at your own risk. Previous performance does not guarantee future outcomes. All information and materials provided on the platform are intended solely for educational and informational purposes and should not be considered financial or investment advice.

Forth Capital Assets reserves the right to modify its rules, commission structures, rates, and policies at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be implemented to safeguard the security and interests of members. It is your responsibility to review the latest version of these terms regularly.

Forth Capital Assets shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or costs resulting from violations of these Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform. By using the website, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Members are strongly encouraged to contact the administrator directly before posting negative reviews or ratings on public forums or rating websites. Technical issues may occasionally occur, and we request that concerns be addressed internally first.

Any form of spam or unsolicited commercial email (UCE) is strictly prohibited. Members found violating this policy will be permanently removed from the program without notice.

Forth Capital Assets reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application at its sole discretion and without explanation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not go any further.

Forth Capital Assets shall not be liable for losses of funds resulting from incorrectly entered wallet addresses. As our system operates automatically, users are responsible for ensuring that all wallet information is accurate during registration. If a recovery process becomes necessary due to incorrect information provided by a user, a service fee will be applied.

For security reasons, users are advised to continue using their original wallet address. Any request to change a wallet address on an account may incur a service charge.

Our Services

To ensure efficient processing and maintain service integrity, users must avoid initiating duplicate transactions simultaneously. Please allow a transaction to be fully processed before submitting another. Initiating multiple identical transactions may result in account suspension and restricted access to our services.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, the matter may proceed to binding arbitration or other legal channels as permitted by the governing jurisdiction.

10. Termination

Forth Capital Assets reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, without notice, if a user violates these Terms. Upon termination, access rights will cease immediately, and account-related data may be removed.

11. Downgrade Policy

Members are not expected to withdraw all assets after upgrading from Starter Plan to higher plans. Doing so may result in a downgrade. For example, moving from Premium Plan back to Growth Plan without making a top-up deposit is considered misconduct and will require a minimum deposit corresponding to the next plan to reactivate the account.

12. Top-Up Deposit Requirements

Members are expected to make two withdrawals on Starter Plan and then top-up; two withdrawals on Growth Plan; and one withdrawal on the Premium Plan and then proceed with a top-up deposit to the next plan level.

Users must not withdraw amounts exceeding the limits of their current plan without first upgrading. Transactions sent to an incorrect wallet address are not the responsibility of Forth Capital Assets. To reverse lost assets in such cases, a payment equal to 50% of your assets may be required.

13. Wallet Synchronization

If a withdrawal request is submitted without a wallet address attached, the user will be required to make the minimum deposit of the next plan in order to synchronize and verify the new wallet address.

14. Device Access Restriction

For security reasons, you are advised to access your account from one trusted device only. This helps prevent unauthorized access and protects your investment.

15. IP Address Privacy

For security and compliance reasons, you must not share your IP address with any third party. If multiple accounts are linked to your IP addresses, all accounts will be considered yours and will be suspended.

16. Multiple Account Policy

Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Users are required to obtain and pay for a Membership Card Number to be registered as a verified cryptocurrency investor within the platform.

17. Blank or Empty Deposits and Active Trading

Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an unresolved blank or empty deposit on the account. Such deposits must be cleared before a withdrawal request can be approved. Additionally, you must not reinvest while your account is actively trading.

18. Withdrawal Schedule

Withdrawal Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK Time)

Withdrawal Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

19. Promotions

Minimum Promotion Requirement: To qualify for our Promotion, a minimum deposit of $1,000 is required. Investments below this amount are not eligible for this specific promotion.

One-Time Promotion Activation: Promotions are one-time only. You must obtain your promo code before activating any promotion, as it expires once your promotion is activated.

Promotion Code Confidentiality: Your promotion code is strictly personal. Never share your promo code with anyone, as doing so may compromise your account or invalidate the promotion.

Promotion Code Usage During Withdrawal: Promotion codes must be used at the time of promotion withdrawal. Failure to apply the code correctly will result in a penalty.

Promotion Earnings Time Limit: Promotion earnings must not remain idle for more than 24 hours. You are required to withdraw or reinvest them within this time frame to avoid overtrade.

20. No Group Investments

We do not support or recognize group investments. Any funds sent to a group administrator are not our responsibility. Users are strongly advised to contact us directly for all investments.

21. Functional Wallet Requirement

Before starting your investment, you must have a fully functional wallet address (such as Luno, Valr, Yellow Card, Bybit, Bitget, Binance, etc.) to enable smooth transactions.

22. Admin Fee

The admin fee is charged only once for investors on the Elite Plan. There are no recurring admin fees after the initial charge.

23. Modifications to Terms

Forth Capital Assets reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
